Garden questions
The more we know, the better we can help. Tell us your USDA hardiness zone (or your town), how many hours of direct sun your spot receives, the size of your container, and what you've already tried. A photo of the whole plant, leaves and soil included, is worth a paragraph. We can't diagnose every plant by email, but we read each question, and many of them grow into articles.
Something we got wrong
Planting dates, plant care details and product information all deserve to be right. If you spot an error, send the article link and what you found. Corrections are handled as described in our editorial guidelines.
Safety concerns
If you believe one of our articles contains unsafe advice about herbal use, plant toxicity or food safety, please use the subject line "Safety" so we can review it first.
If someone may have swallowed a harmful plant or preparation, don't wait for an email reply. In the U.S., call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222. For pets, call your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435 (a fee may apply). Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency or poison service.

- To access, correct or delete your information, or to leave our email list, write with the subject "Privacy request." Our privacy policy has the details.
- If the garden planner download didn't reach you, look in your spam or promotions folder, then let us know and we'll send it again.

Herb & Hollow does not sell links or publish paid guest posts. You're welcome to tell us about a product or variety, but that doesn't guarantee a mention, and anything we write follows the same editorial standards as the rest of the site. Any paid partnership would be clearly labeled.
